By engaging the services of S and S Land Surveying LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
S and S Land Surveying LLC provides professional land surveying services including, but not limited to: boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, site plans, construction staking, parcel splits, combining parcels, property line marking, land planning, building staking, topographic surveys, demolition plans, alcohol surveys, flood certificates, foundation surveys, and erosion control plans.
All quotes and estimates provided by S and S Land Surveying LLC are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Estimates are based on the information provided by the client. Changes to the scope of work may result in adjustments to the quoted price. Final invoices may differ from estimates if project conditions change or additional work is required.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for services is due upon completion of the survey work. We accept payment by check, credit card, and electronic transfer. A 1.5% monthly interest charge will be assessed on invoices not paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
S and S Land Surveying LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific survey work in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our services are provided as contracted; we are not responsible for the client's use or interpretation of survey documents beyond the scope of our written agreement.
All survey documents, field notes, calculations, and reports prepared by S and S Land Surveying LLC are the property of our firm unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients have the right to use survey documents for the purpose for which they were prepared. Reproduction, modification, or distribution of survey documents without written permission is prohibited.
All surveys are performed in accordance with applicable Georgia laws, regulations, and professional surveying standards. S and S Land Surveying LLC is licensed by the State of Georgia and all surveyors maintain current professional licenses and insurance.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Georgia.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
